At Tough People Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund policy below:
Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Sale items or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
Contact our customer service at toughpeopleproject@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at toughpeopleproject@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
